Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.
Eligibility:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away, and we will resolve the issue.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required. The return conditions remain the same as those outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
